Bridgford Foods Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to manufacture, market and distribute frozen, refrigerated and snack food products. The products purchased for resale include a variety of jerky, cheeses, salads, Mexican foods, nuts and other delicatessen type food products. The Group operates through two segments. The Frozen Food Products segment has 200 unique products sold in 21,000 retail outlets and 22,000 restaurants and institutions. The Refrigerated and Snack Food Products segment has 310 products sold approximately in 36,000 supermarkets, mass merchandise and convenience retail stores located in 49 states and Canada. The customers include restaurants, food operations of health care providers, schools, hotels, resorts, corporations, other traditional and non-traditional food service outlets, large retail chains and smaller independent operators.
