Retail segment operates 414 company-operated coffeehouses located in 16 states and the District of Columbia, including 211 coffeehouses in Minnesota and 53 coffeehouses in Illinois. Commercial segment sell high-quality gourmet whole bean and ground coffee to grocery stores, mass merchandisers, office coffee providers, airlines, hotels, sports and entertainment venues, college campuses and on-line customers. Franchise segment expands the number of franchised coffeehouses to 97 with 59 of the franchised coffeehouses in international markets.
