Cogdell Spencer Inc.. On 31-Dec-2008, the Group portfolio consisted of 62 wholly owned properties, three joint venture properties, and manages 51 properties for third party clients totaling approximately 2.5 million net rentable square feet. On 10-Mar-2008, the Group's completed acquired of MEA Holdings, Inc.
