Enersys. The Group's principal activities are to manufacture, market and distribute industrial batteries and related products. The related products include chargers, power equipment and battery accessories. It operates through two segments: The Reserve Power and The Motive Power. The Group's manufacturing facilities are located in the Americas, Europe and Asia. During 2008, the Group, acquired 97% interest in Energia AD.
