The lending activities focuses on commercial and residential real estate loans, construction loans, commercial business loans and loans made or guaranteed through the Small Business Administration loan program. The Group operates in five full-service branch offices, three in San Diego, California, one in Oceanside, California and one in El Cajon, California, and a loan production office in Murrieta, California. On July 1, 2007, the Company completed the acquisition of Landmark National Bank. On January 16, 2007, it acquired 1st Pacific Bank of California.
