The menu consists of dishes such as Chang's Spicy Chicken, Orange Peel Beef, Peking Dumplings, Chicken in Soothing Lettuce Wrap, Szechwan-Style Long Beans and Dan Dan Noodles. The restaurants also have a full service bar offering wines, specialty drinks, Asian beers, cappuccino and espresso. As of 30-Dec-2007, the Group operated 172 full service restaurants 144 quick casual Pei Wei restaurants and one Taneko restaurant.
