On 01-Jan-2008, it also acquired from Energas Resources Inc all of the outstanding shares of TGI Inc, whose assets include drilling permits and bonding relating to oil and gas properties. As of 31-Mar-2008, the Group owned natural gas and oil leasehold interests in approximately 8,600 gross acres, as wells as working interests in 73 gross wells. The Group is based in Dallas, Texas.
