GLOBAL INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT & SERVICES provides services in the field of asset management, private and online banking, multi asset brokerage business and securities services. CORPORATE CENTER sector provides funding for the divisions. In 2007, the Group acquired Transcoso Participacoes. In 2008, the Group acquired Capitalia, Canadian Wealth Management and Rosbank. The Group operates in France, Europe, Asia, Africa and the United States.
