City Pacific Limited. The Group's principal activity is that of an investment company operating in Australia. It conducts its core activities through four business units which include Fund Management, which is involved in management of funds, including managed investment schemes; Property, which is engaged in property development and project management; Residential and Commercial Finance, which is focused in property and equipment financing and marina operations; and Investment/Trading, which is engaged in investment and/or trading of the Group's assets. It is also involved in some non-core activities which include hotel, marina and golf course operations. In addition, the Group has a range of property joint ventures with some property groups that include Mirvac Group, Raptis Group, Grocon Pty Ltd and the Indigo Group. In July 2007, it acquired a residential management company, Australian Beneficial Finance.
