NextradioTV. The Group's principal activity is to operate Radio and TV channels. The two main segments under which the Group operates are TV and Radio stations. The Group owns two radio stations, RMC and BFM. RMC is a dedicated sports and talk show channel. BFM specializes in transmitting programs on Economic and Financial information. On 28 Nov 2005 the Group launched its first TV channel, BFM TV, a free to air 24/7 news channel. The Group also provides other services like Multimedia where they offer internet and SMS services enabling the public to interact with them during the transmission of programs. The Group owns RMC Regie, an organization which manages the advertisements on RMC and BFM. This organization also creates publicity campaign for BFM and RMC. The Group operates mainly in France. During 2008, the Group acquired Internext, Group Tests Holding, RMC Sport, Pole Electro and GT Labs.
