IM Internationalmedia AG. The Group's principal activities are developing, financing and distributing of cinema films. The Group operates under four divisions: Film development, Financing, Production and Distribution. Development division commences with the conception of the films and extends to the search for material and the screenplay development phase through to the selection of producers, directors and actors. Financing division ensures that around 60 percent of the budget is ready before the project is realised and goes into the production phase. Production division enters into contract with leading production companies. Distribution division distributes the films financed by them. The Group activities include production, sale and distribution of media productions, principally feature films and films for television, television series and other television production of all kinds. The Group operates in Europe, North America, Asia and other regions.
