On 02-Apr-2008, the Group's subsidiary acquired 79% share capital of Serviplem, S. A., Zaragozai Spain and on 09-Apr-2009, it acquired 60% share capital of S. A., Zaragoza, Spain (Lebrero). During the year the Group acquired JaguarLandRo'ver Limited (JLR).
