On 21 September 2007, the Group acquired the entire voting rights of Stobart Holdings Ltd and O'Connor Group Management Ltd. On 23 March 2007 acquired the entire voting rights of AHC (Warehousing) Ltd. On 04 April 2007, the Group acquired the entire voting rights of James & Sons Ltd and WA Developments Ltd.
