The Company is no longer an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985. The Company has been approved by the HM Revenue and Customs as a Venture Capital Trust for the purposes of Section 842AA of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 31-Mar-2007.Investment management services are provided by Rathbone Investment Management Ltd for a fee calculated at the rate of 1.5% of the value of the net assets of the Company at the relevant valuation date payable in quarterly instalments. The agreement is terminable by either party on three months notice in writing.
